completion of transfer IN SPECIE OF SHARES HELD BY THE COMPANY IN YUJIN HOLDINGS LTD.
Further to the announcement of 16 March 2016 the Company is pleased to announce that transfers of Yujin Holding Shares to all of the entitled shareholders has now been completed.
Accordingly, in accordance with the AIM Rules, the Company is now categorised as an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, the consequence of which, the Company will be required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14.
