At 10 February 2009, the number of AIM securities in issue is 30,000,010 Ordinary Shares. There are no shares held in treasury.

As at 10 February 2009, 90.017% of the Company's AIM securities were not in public hands.

who did they sell the shares to? Why no RNS about that?

rising price could suggest the buyer wants even more, and they can't fill the buy


but that's just one interpretation.

so same difference really

contunuity of work is paramount IMO

mothballing a yard and laying off (and losing) staff would be a nightmare. In this way the expertise and the skills are still in-house when the upturn comes.

Shrewd management IMO
