02/2/2010 12:06 | Have contacted the FSA today and also the serious fraud office Who seam to be interested in what i had to say,Specifically about the Glasgow building,As shareholders we have a legal right to know what is happening to assets that belong to the co.and they just cannot disappear they have to notify shareholders with anything that could effect the shareprice. They said the first point of call must be the FSA. I am now waiting for a return call if i dont get one in the hour im going to pester them till i talk to some one not going to let this go now iv,e had enough. JIM | starwars4
02/2/2010 09:08 | Commencing on 16 February 2010, it is proposed that £1.1 million will be paid into the CVA at a rate of £366,667 per annum for the first three years of the CVA. It is estimated that this will result in a payment of 20 per cent. of the above creditors' debt. In addition, further payments may be payable to unsecured creditors in accordance with the provisions contained in the CVA Proposal document which include a dividend based on surplus net cash flow generated by the Company during the CVA period of up to an estimated further 40 per cent. of the above creditors' debt; and/or if the Companies sell any property owned by them and there is a surplus after the secured creditors are paid in full then any surplus will be paid to unsecured creditors. The requirement to propose an additional trading dividend to unsecured creditors means they are given the opportunity to benefit further once the Company returns to profitability and trading exceeds what was envisaged at the date of the CVA Proposal. Throughout the CVA process, Your Space and its subsidiaries will continue trading under the control of their respective directors and operate as going concerns. The Company and its subsidiaries are not in, and will not be, in administration as a result of commencing the CVA process. WHAT CONTROL I DON,T SEE ANY GOING ON !!!!!!!!!! | starwars4

21/1/2010 07:57 | bobby, best to spend as little time as possible around *ankers these days. All their doom and gloom is as nauseating as their impending martyrdom. Not an ounce of gratitude to taxpayers for saving their positions either. | hermana
21/1/2010 07:51 | I wonder what it's like to be a tenant with Yourspace? If it's anything like the management they'll never hear from them.No invoices for rent, office supplies/services- bet they can't believe their luck, rent free office space. I guess when things go wrong there's trouble. You wouldn't a gas leak to go unattended. Can't wait for the next shareholder event- what a hoot that will be. I hope they serve Prozac on the canapes on the day. Might invite my bank manager to the event because he thinks I'm making all this up as we chat over a cup of grule reviewing my overdraft & IVA proposition. Life's great, life's Yourspace. | bobby.ifa
