THIS IS THE PART IN THE CVA PROPOSAL...............The Company expects to be able to announce its preliminary results to 31 March 2009 and its interim results to 30 September 2009 by 31 December 2009, depending upon the outcome of the CVA.

The Company will release a further announcement once the outcome of the CVA has been determined.

INTERESTING...The web site has been updated saying that Belfast is now open for business,plus if you look in (our locations) GLASGOW has disappeared (Has it been sold i wonder) i might be wrong but i also thought we had 10 properties i only count 8 but perhaps i,m wrong. Anyway can i just say to all on here that i hope you have a very happy Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.Your space comes back on to the market at 75pence a share He,he,he or should that be Ho,ho,ho. So far they have manage to miss many times .And they paid to do this work not You and me.Please do not wait for responce.
I think they should get award for missing deadline and blame others for mistakes.

6 working days to release accounts before 31 Dec - have e-mailed the company (last Friday Friday 18th Dec) to ask them to confirm that they are on course to release the accounts before the year end - no response so far......................

Now then Huggy think calm thoughts,they will release the accounts by the 31st Dec. its all part of the cva,and they can't de-list , again its all in the news release about the cva.Keep the faith old chap and lets hope for a better 2010. JIM

Come on huggy, they'll be back, probably heavily diluted through a placing. Then sit & wait for the Property recovery.
