I've just noticed that the Director who recently resigned was the Chairman of their audit committee - probably not a good sign either

Jim

Based on past experience I dont believe they will have their accounts released before the year end. I think they will end up de-listing and us shareholders will be left with nothing.

Well what do we all think?,lets take the emotion out
of it first, there are aprox 23 million shares in the co.so if they were to come back on at lets say 1p then the whole co would only be worth 230k not worth saving as the pull back would take so long and credit would be very hard to get along with accounts for goods ex.to carry on with work, and the bank of Ireland would not be happy nor any body else. So i would not be expecting that to happen. I have it in my mind that when news comes of when they come back to the market it will be accompanied with news of new funds coming in or many more shares being offered at a large discount perhaps as many as 100 million at say 5pence giving them £5,000,000 to get this co. back on track (if they can do that with being in a cva) Just my thoughts on this but i do think there will be something to make it worthwhile for people to hold on to the shares because as i said at the start unless the shares are worth money the co.is worthless so lets hope for the best. So the inland revenue must have agreed to the terms thats got to be good news. Anybody have any idea when we will be back on the market, will we have to wait until the 31st of December when the accounts should be ready? or is it now different with it being under a cva. JIM

If you have not received your cva pack as yet,go to ysp website and then to invester info at the top scroll down to rule 26 and press, then scroll to shareholder communications and press enter, scroll down to cva proposals and it is all there worth a read though does take some time. We are in for quite a long haul on this as far as i can see but then you never know what the future holds. Good luck to all. JIM

As a Maths professor once said to me after I asked him if I had a prayer in the repeats(got 10-15% in first exam!): "stranger things have happened". Got the repeats too...
