There is nothing left for shareholders here I'm afraid. It all ended in tears...surprised that people on this BB haven't realised that. I wonder what happened to their lead drug (Albasol); they never said what happened. Must have been rejected, I suspect.

given you have a contact at york, can you see if there will be a placing of the stock held by the al-saad's. this Kuwaiti family were the largest holder in yrk before suspension, but has now had his assets frozen and has recently had to sell his holdings in hsbc and berkely. i would be keen to take part in any placement.

When this comes back we are going to be alot higher than suspension price and it will be worth hanging onto them as they could carry on rising alot as market had them priced to go under. This deal is bigger than ULU and more beneficial to shareholders so I am led to believe. £££££

Well, if the suitor really is getting something for nothing then, the scrip together with a placing will see the paper rise initially.
