Thanks Topinfo & BB80 reassuring comments..Not spoken to RA but heard it all before from previous CEO... TS in conversation was also very very optimistic about the company (maybe too much!) - won't again base my investment decisions on how enthusiastic a director is, does not mean they can pull it off and grow the company and share price on enthusiasm alone!

Oh yee of little faith!!!

I sent rather a curt email to York Pharma one night after a few beers. Got a very prompt reply from Richard Anderson. I think he is very keen to move this forward. You may get your salt and pepper afterall. I bloody hope so!!! Who knows may be fish as well ?

Risk and KIKI...I have to be careful what I say here but needless to say we will get something back here. The talks are progressing very well, the team working on the deal are backwards and forwards to the US and the CEO who is the biggest single shareholder in this company has a hell of alot of personal money tied up in YRK to let it go to the dogs. Im not saying you will get mega bucks back for your shares and what you stand to gain/lose all depends on what you paid but you will get money for them soon and they will be coming back to mkt shortly.

Come on YRK CEO Give us some postive news and get these shares relisted. How long does it take we are only talking several million now for the company plus the few million debt so it cant be that hard.!!!!

Sorry Topinfo, I know you were not ramping/lieing. Nearly 3 months now since they first announced they were in takeover talks - how long does it take, hopefully the recent restructuring will help push things closer to being finalised. Were you positive or negative after reading the other BB?

Now then Guys, no not dreamt up but honestly was on that many BBs yesterday having difficulty finding the post yet. I will keep looking but been busy all day with other stocks and trading etc etc. Of course I have no need to ramp/lie as it will have nil affect as stock is suspended and not trading anyway.

Looking good here now, at least we will get something back. I just hope they hurry up with the deal as could really do with the cash to invest elsewhere and its been tied up here long enough now. Takeout will be somewhere around 8-10p me thinks.

It means accept the deal or you may end up with hadly owt if they have to raise funds etc. I would rather take something rather than nothing mate. We could get 6-8p here by accepting offer, maybe more.
