SHARES FULLLY RECOVERED FROM THE DROP EARLIER THIS MORNING to 2.125p

Some large selling as expectations of "Oakwood" is selling the rest of the stake last time they had 1.8m left after selling down from 3.84M

Completion of CVA

On 14 July 2014, the Company announced that resolutions had been passed by
creditors and shareholders at a general meeting of the Company to approve a
Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA").

The Board of Yolo is pleased to announce that the CVA has now been fully
discharged.

Very pleased with that choice.
Had thought I would sell out if there was a share price jump but now that I realise its GFINITY I think I will see where it goes!
