15/11/2016 13:09 | I just looked at that Trump advertising again for Electric Jukebox on the mobile lorry. You can tell men run YOLO, as they just alienated themselves from the female purchase. Maybe YOLO going down the line, bad publicity = good publicity route. The most hated man currently on the planet and Electric Jukebox is associating themselves very clearly with him! You honestly can't make it up! | nesty1760
15/11/2016 13:06 | Guys No one at this time knows where the share price is going at the moment. But I have learnt that you ignore both sides of the argument at your peril. You need to stay focussed on the end game which is to make money and not "fall in love with product/share" | pyglet
15/11/2016 12:21 | Master rsi - All I read on you on LSE from you is call the doctor, call the doctor comments. Yes, I'm going to call the doctor for a you. That fever poster on LSE is raising valid points & yet you have no real factual comeback at all. Desperation starting to set in now. Amazon will probably put Electric Jukebox into the ground now. You can tell a sense of a failing share as the Twitter big boys start the re-ramp again. This is the bottom get in now -(in other words we desperate for buyers). Don't miss the boat get on now -(in other words embark a sinking ship) This is going into space - (yes never to return) etc etc, heard it all before! | nesty1760
15/11/2016 11:42 | nesty176014 Nov '16 - 19:54 - 378 of 382 Dorset what are you on about. I think it is you which really hasn't got an undertanding of the industry have you? These stars have solicitors and I can tell you the contracts will be worded commission upon items sold. It won't a matter a bean about returns or anything afterwards. Items sold that is a contract then between YOLO and the stars at that point...... ==================== Thanks for your replay nesty176014 as yet again it proves without doubt, you just havn't a clue what you are talking about. Try and work this one out, its primary school stuff so appreciate you might want to phone a friend.... Store 'A' sell 100 units but have, within a set timescale 12 units returned as faulty or not what they thought it was. How many physical sales did the store make that week?... Answer = ??? I'll give you a clue nesty, what is 100 - 12 = ??? In your warped business world you are saying that the celebs will be paid commissions on the total number sold, ie in the example above, 100 units. Not so. If this were the case I or even you with a bit of guidance could become a millionaire over night. You what you could do is to go out and buy 50,000 units, receive commission, according to you for all 50,000 units and then you could take all 50,000 units back the next day. Nesty or should I call you Sheldon, you really are dim. | dorset64
15/11/2016 11:39 | master rsi - It sounds like you are getting a bit jittery about your investment IMHO. Rehashing a comment I made from 2013 & trying to fake the date I said that recently says it all. I explained the reasons why I made that comment earlier I haven't hid. However, now is now, 2days into the week so far not many people seem to be buying this. Your pathetic ramping on LSE is pityful trying to rope people in to a sinking ship. As other are touching upon now the new Amazon music & TV released today. I'd be very concerned with their advertising power. All over the TV like a rash. Unlike Electric jukebox advertisting, some stupid mobile lorry, pictured going past Buckingham Palace with Trump holding which looks like a pink plastic Vibrator. Great choice of advertisting whoever thought it up! | nesty1760
15/11/2016 11:32 | How does Amazons move into the music streaming market change things: https://uk.news.yaho | adthorn
15/11/2016 11:05 | IMHO just keep buying any of the short term dips in YOLO | cpap man
14/11/2016 20:37 | Yes, let it pan out and see. Goodbye. You don't own shares, (apparently) are not interested in owning shares. So be on your way. Thanks. | btfd
14/11/2016 19:54 | Dorset what are you on about. I think it is you which really hasn't got an undertanding of the industry have you? These stars have solicitors and I can tell you the contracts will be worded commission upon items sold. It won't a matter a bean about returns or anything afterwards. Items sold that is a contract then between YOLO and the stars at that point. FFS even EBAY do this system do you reallty think that solicitor for the stars will miss this out & say hang on 'I want my star paid after you deducted all your returns afterwards'. Forget it they want their money up front on the terms of the sale numbers, nothing about the deduction afterwards. If YOLO can't hold on to that money 28 days after the sale they will be shelling out at a loss. Sometimes oil is a gusher undiscovered. However, in Electric Jukebox case it's not a case of being undiscovered, but a merely a case of recycled oil! I do agree we are going around in circles & let things pans out and see. Thanks | nesty1760

14/11/2016 16:27 | Fwiw I think, at a worse case and very conservative guess, there's around £40 - £45 profit per unit sold. That's after retailers cut, manufacture, shipping (if not added on), advertising, and a percentage allocated toward the years licensing of music.Granted there will be other small costs, but it's got to be near this per unit imo, or maybe higher.Even if they only sold 50k units over next few months, it's not a bad starting point for a fledgling business. | btfd
14/11/2016 16:06 | nesty.. why? seriously? You said your piece, you wished us the best. Now you're back. Thanks for that. Maybe I should do the same when your suspended share comes back to market. | btfd
14/11/2016 16:02 | Nesty/pyglet same person. Both pond life who have nothing better to do then knock shares | effiert
14/11/2016 15:53 | effiert - same person I think not. Just hope you judge shares better! | nesty1760
14/11/2016 15:47 | Dorset64It's John Lewis. Agree to differ and thank you for telling me that my reply was stupid. Most kind. | pyglet
14/11/2016 15:17 | What people really need to research is what will YOLO net Profits be. You can only really assess this in Feb 17. A lot of purchases will be under the consumer 28 days returns rule (used or not). QVC certainly will, as will amazon. You only have to cite it wasn't what you thought and you are refunded. It's heavy biased in favour of the consumer. The store outlets will pass all these tariffs onto YOLO with additional return costs. The store outlets won't be picking up any costs to themselves. Additionally, the stars will be taking their outlay of fees for gross sales before the net figures. So if there is a high rate of returns, YOLO will be looking at a high deficit. YOLO will have to pay the stars for the orignal sale pre unit agreed fees. Just like EBAY where you still have to pay the EBAY fees, return postage etc when someone decides they changed their mind after purchase. Of course everyone will be playing the short game on share price sentiment before they even get anywhere near any net figures. The trouble is everyone who has invested has the same game plan. I think you have to treat electric jukebox like an oil spudding. The sentiment will be there prior to results. However, I get the feeling one big duster is coming in 2017! | nesty1760
14/11/2016 15:03 | This is on Amazon. Could a ramper be anymore transparent! £220 on EBAY just because some clown has listed one on EBAY trying to dupe someone into a purchase. You really can't make it it up. [This is the most amazing product I have seen in a long while and just in time for Christmas 2016. My Children are going to love this when they open it and use it on Christmas Morning. I just had to try it out to make sure it worked and it did straight out of the box and was so easy to set-up which is another reason why this is sure to be a success this coming Xmas and the time to be buying I think is now before these sell out and people are forced to pay over the RRP on Ebay where they are already selling for £220. The technology here is excellent as is the price. Other companies with similar products like Spotify charge much more and I actually think this product is better anyway for various reasons. I understand that the company behind Electric Jukebox is listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange so not only am I a buyer of this product I am also going to be buying shares in the company behind it which is called YOLO Leisure and Technology (YOLO) is the Ticker symbol on the UK Stock Market. If I could give it 6 Stars I would but sadly I can only give it 5 stars which I have certainly done so] | nesty1760
14/11/2016 14:43 | pyglet14 Nov '16 - 13:21 - 363 of 365 0 0 Dorset64 Thanks for your clarification. They still get paid though is my argument. If it's so good it should just sell on its own merit. Let's see how it pans out. In for now. ==================== piglet, sorry but thats again a rather stupid argument & indeed reply. OK, take a look at the current most talked about advert on the net or tv, and its the one with the bulldog & trampoline. So are you seriously saying now that if Sainsburys (I think it is) were so good, and their products so brilliant that they would not need a bulldog in the advert or to advertise at all? How do you get the name of a product out there, yep you advertise it and if a few celebs are more than happy to put their name to it on the basis of future revenues, then fair play to them for bringing them on board. | dorset64
14/11/2016 13:50 | Very poor argument pyglet - people always expect to get paid for work done at some point otherwise why bother get out of bed in the morning? | cpap man |
