jumobone the presentation have an end of July target for the RTO...however looks like its late looking at the presentation timetable - although I would say XPL is now back on radar and we'll hopefully see more volume and probably volatility before any news...

Jumbone... The Imara presentation apparently specifically named XPL and named XPLs CEO as director of the new RTO.....

That triggered the buying interest - sellers are possibly those who have been trapped for months in an illiquid name and they saw their chance to exit...

Jumbone,

Nicholas Nelson is not a Director for the Company. However we do see JR loading up whenever he can. Looks like he is positioning himself before the RTO takes place to ensure he still have a control in the new Company. Will have to wait and see how it all plans out

The question is why such an unusual volume activity ? & who's unloading such a huge number of shares and why?

Most likely these sells are by Nicholas Nelson who had 687,500 shares or 5.56% of issued equity that was acquired at about 16p.

A profit taking? Fallout with the BOD? Who knows...
