He obviously is privy to the bigger picture here i.e the "colossal amount of prior preparation has to be undertaken before a company is allowed to break cover with its transactional plans".

Rome wasn't built in a day. And neither can a substantial energy company. Experience tells me that a colossal amount of prior preparation has to be undertaken before a company is allowed to break cover with its transactional plans. The recent placing at 46p - at the prevailing price, not at a discount - underpins my assumption that great confidence exists from the professional investing community.

...the market reaction to this Company when the deals are announced (soon). We have a market capitalisation of just over £5m at the moment. I expect the potential assets after the aquisitions/rto/whatever to be $300m+. I also expect cash to pay for these ventures to be generated via a number of financial vehicles, including a placing that must, at least, double the current share allocation. You do the maths, but anyway you cut it, we're in at the start of something massive and that will grow hugely over the next few years. It's been a bit of a wait, but I truly believe that it's going to be worth it. We're going to be the talk and envy of the stock market in the next month or so. I'm selling all other stock that I have and putting the proceeds into this one basket. Against all dealing advice, I know, but that is how confident I am about XPL. GLA
