This a strange one,
The directors from the start were not upfront and news was always very slow in coming.
IMHO it better to stay clear from this one..sold out sometime ago at 51p and before that the brokers were predicitng a 245p target price...never came close.

Happy to be out. GL to all holders..hope it comes good for you all

Directors were selling chunks - clear warning... but old EK was ramping it - something that tends to happen before many stocks drop!

Looks like its on its way to retest old low's. At current 42.5p XPT is valued below cash it holds. Now back to what directors are doing zzzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow down in data recovered for months of July and August so it doesnt appear that much is happening at Storage Fusion? It is eerily quiet and we are well past the 12 week window Smithy gave for another acquisition. Maybe someone is making a bid for Xploite instead?

The institutions who bought stock off the Directors must be a little annoyed. Unless they come up with something soon they will want a share buy back.

Would be nice to know what on earth is going on at storage fusion. Very little press etc.

lr

I think it may be:
- buy
- possibly raise a bit more money too (after all, holders did say the director sold shares to allow insts in - although I think that was nonsense)
- question over prospects for new business
- market cap no longer supported by cash
- share price drop

I still think it is odd that the director sold at these levels and the talk of letting insts in is nonsense IMO!

Somebody is mopping up the sales, mm's are being quite generous in
the process, buying at 47p and selling it on at 48p !

They are usually a lot more greedier.

£20m+ cash more than covers the market cap.
We should seen a exciting deal before to long:)

Change of adviser... Directors selling shares.

This is at cash at the moment, but they'll be spending cash and that introduces risk.

Might they need more cash to supplement their own for acquisitions?
Could there be a placing?

Possible IMO. I always get suspicious with changes in brokers.

Fairly substantial sells all the same.

Could someone please explain all of the TB data posted
& how this fits in conjunction with Storage Fusion still being loss making.

Also, what commercial advantages does SF offer?
