29/5/2009 08:49 | manners2 i'd settle for that, but will it ever get there? | lr4850
29/5/2009 08:44 | the level of debt was surprising to me as well but this still looks like a highly undervalued propostion. £31.5 - £3m = £28.5 cash recieved then if you pay off the debt = 28.5 - 7.6 = £20.9m cash. there are 39.5m shares in issue....just the cash is worth 0.53p! i.e current share price. then if you factor in storage fusion c.£10m? and potential upside of aquisition your looking at a MIN. price target of 0.78p! | manners2
29/5/2009 08:43 | Bad news over at Contono which may be good news for XPT? | lr4850
28/5/2009 08:11 | What perturbed me was the level of debt from 200k to 7 million; extraordinary. Unfortunately for me i couldn't get out in time; mm's were not touching shares even when i went to 7500 shares. I knew then it wouldn't be a good day and now have very little faith that smithy can ever create significant shareholder value.LET HIM TAKE IT PRIVATE AND RETURN THE CASH TO SHAREHOLDERS. | lr4850
27/5/2009 23:05 | It was in the disposal announcement, and what prompted me to sell my holding. Looks like the MM's didn't read that far either, judging by the mark up in price. | tiltonboy
27/5/2009 22:49 | Not looking good for results then tilton. Smith's been talking about delisting; perhaps this might be better for shareholder value which Smith and the company never seems to deliver anyway? Where is that quote from? TIA | lr4850
27/5/2009 22:31 | Potential is all well and good, but the market will focus on this in the short term: "Storage Fusion has had a slower than budgeted start to this financial year, and is unlikely to achieve the Board's original expectations for the year" | tiltonboy
27/5/2009 22:17 | The potential for Storage Fusion is massive over the next few year and with more cash in the bank than the market cap looks a good investment case to me. | lgpixels
27/5/2009 21:26 | Cant see investors coming back. Perhaps XPT could use the money to buy back their own shares for cancellation.? | lr4850
27/5/2009 21:11 | Don't understand the market movement to news that was very positive Loads of cash + storage fusion = ???? The company has got a very good track records with an IRR on investments higher than most of the top PE companies. I think we could bounce back to 75p+ short term as investors move back. | lgpixels
27/5/2009 14:44 | Strange how the market values shares sometimes. In xploites case it looks like too many punters had a sniff before the announcement and have bailed out - hence the short term sell off. An aim stock without much following so share price moves on supply and demand regardless of value. Lots of upside I think but no more available cash to top up myself. Some analyst will tip them if they are in the know on storage fusion and we will end up higher in the short term. Any other views? | lplp
27/5/2009 11:09 | Looking to get back in soon, at this rate. | tiltonboy
27/5/2009 11:04 | Well as of now Company trading at cash, so Storage Fusion is valued at zero :-). Opportunity methinks. | square1
27/5/2009 10:28 | "increasing shareholder Value" yeah yeah yeah. Smith take this company private eand put us out of our misery.. Try not to destroy it of value first though :-9 | ranoszek
26/5/2009 20:35 | Ir, There is a mark of 20,000 at 70p, which was dealt pre market open. It was a sale, and it was my trade. Didn't like the look of the Storage Fusion picture in the short term, so decided to exit. Had expected the share price to open fractionally lower than Friday's close, but the MM's got it wrong IMHO, by marking it up. tiltonboy | tiltonboy
26/5/2009 18:30 | No sells at 70 pence on monitor. The most people got were sells at 67p and they were damn lucky :-) to get that. | lr4850
26/5/2009 16:54 | manners2. The question still begs as to what will increase value for shareholders if an announcement like todays has not? Still waiting with anticipation, but not holding my breath. Lots of quick exiters today. I tried but couldnt get a quote withoutnegotiated trade on selling 10,000 shares and i have 14 times that many so will be locked in for a long while unless june interims brings something good. :-( | ranoszek
26/5/2009 16:47 | too many punters who got out today, business on the back of that announcement is worth a lot more than today's close suggests!! | manners2
26/5/2009 16:34 | Lucky you. | ranoszek
26/5/2009 08:45 | Managed to get out at 70p this morning. | tiltonboy
26/5/2009 08:19 | Looks to me like a few T+ merchants jumping off. Lets see if the shares get picked up by others. | fandango
26/5/2009 08:16 | It's about value for shareholders as Smith keeps harping on. I haven't seen this yet from my position; especially after share price was decimitated since payment of last special dividend. Today has shown that shareholders have had enough and are exiting; unfortunately i wasn't able to. Look at share price now; says it all really? IMHO | lr4850
26/5/2009 08:13 | They made a lot of money & storage fusion is gaining strength. Isn't that what its about? | fandango
26/5/2009 08:11 | As me, the market is not impressed then. | lr4850
26/5/2009 07:45 | Additionally, what's the betting that Storage Fusion starts gaining significant traction from here? I think/hope that's what is coming. All IMVHO. | square1 |
