03/2/2006 08:05 | I have bought in. I can see 3-6p on these within a year | phantominvestor
31/1/2006 16:51 | Re Waterman aquisition...... Richard Last, Chairman, commented: 'This is an exciting development for Xpertise as we continue to extend our training portfolio and enhance the range of specialist training services that we can offer to our clients. Waterman's has an excellent client list and I am confident that as part of the Xpertise Group we will generate opportunities to market the extended training portfolio across the enlarged customer base.' Excellent news. Looks like Xpertise IS starting to grow! Without doubt we have recovery potential here. A.R. | alistair richmond
30/1/2006 07:51 | Morning all......we have NEWS......... | alistair richmond
20/1/2006 19:38 | Next results due March 3rd...6 weeks not a long wait really | dusseldorf
20/1/2006 18:15 | I think we could do with some news! | alistair richmond
15/12/2005 13:06 | Well the spread has narrowed slightly. And it's the bid that's moved up not the offer moving down. | bossmanuk
14/12/2005 19:22 | Bossmanuk Its good to hear the vote of confidence for XPG. A few small buys today, hope thats you flying the flag now! I also hear RHPS has a buy on for XPG at the moment. Cheers A>R> | alistair richmond
13/12/2005 18:08 | Alistair, Have been thinking about buying a few. I started working for XPG recently and do not get in on the pension plan for 13 months, So I thought I'd buy a few shares with the extra cash every month and wait for a recovery in the share price I wanted to fly the company flag but I'm not prepared however to buy at this spread. I'm sure a recovery will come, the vibes are good from the company. As always though DYOR Regards, BossmanUK | bossmanuk
12/12/2005 01:07 | BossmanUK Hadn't realised I havn't visited this BB for so long. Re the spread, quite common for small caps to have such a spread. Possibly the MM's dont know which way this could pop,....other than that I'm at a loss for a "good" reason. However, eps of 0.11 for 2006, and 0.21 for 2007, the fact that XPG are profitable, with a strong balance sheet gives me hope for the future! A>R> | alistair richmond
25/11/2005 11:10 | Alistair, Why do you think that the spread has opened so wide? | bossmanuk
24/11/2005 21:04 | Incredible spread on this one guys. | bossmanuk
23/11/2005 19:43 | Approx 16m of circa 19.5m bought so far........3.5m should clear it. Dusseldorf........I wouldn"t knock the buyers, afterall , they are doing holders a favour . I would imagine buying at 1.2 could be seen as a support level. Whatever, I am in for the long term , and I see this as a reasonable recovery prospect, with a good possibility of a 200% upside from here all going well. A>R> | alistair richmond
23/11/2005 16:25 | with another 5.5m sold we must be getting near to clearing the overhang? | orvil
23/11/2005 11:40 | the people buying off penny pushers must be stupid, given all the quantities dealt can actually be bought between 1.1 and 1.15p i.e. cheaper than they ar being pushed. They are obviously clients with lots of money and no time for research - so I assume not of them frequent advfn | dusseldorf
23/11/2005 11:31 | orvil - we have seen trades like this before on PMG now NXS....it looks like a penny pusher has aquired the large chunk of shares from Instrinsic and is now selling them to its clients. Once they have pushed them all out generally we can expect a dip as the new holders get bored.... short-term bad news IMO but longer-term good as there will be more eyes | dusseldorf
22/11/2005 14:28 | i will add that there are 418 mill shares in issue.. no 244 as suggested by advfn, so a mkt cap of..4.3 mill at current price.. saffy.. | safman
22/11/2005 14:23 | orvil - I would suggest there may be some form of all share aquisition deal with ILX valuing XPG in the region of 1 - 1.2p/share, hence MM's are not anxious to get stock. XPG is going to be gobbled up IMO. | dusseldorf
22/11/2005 14:16 | the sellers are: Intrinsic Value PLC 19,453,178 4.64% holders I'd suggest an offer approach may be tabled if the smaller holders stock is being aquired, and lets face it, the MM's would not give 0.7 if there wasn't already a buyer waiting in the wings | dusseldorf
22/11/2005 12:14 | 17th Nov.. 19,453,178 sold @ 0.7p... saffy.. | safman
22/11/2005 12:11 | saffy-where did you get that information from | orvil
22/11/2005 11:42 | 19 mill sell@ 0.7p.. being sold off @ 1.25p.. there has been an overhang on this stock for some time.... saffy.. | safman
22/11/2005 11:40 | Morning.........the buying continues.........no doubt all will be revealed soon enough! | alistair richmond
21/11/2005 17:15 | looks like aquisition for some sort of employee fund or something similar. given there was no MM movement I would suggest the buys were known about in advance | dusseldorf
21/11/2005 16:39 | looks like it has been tipped somewhere lots of retail sized trades-bodes well for tomorrow | orvil |
