01/3/2005 21:11 | have to say thats the second decent size buy (last one was 600k at 1.1) over the past week or so. Bodes well for the results IMO. | dusseldorf
01/3/2005 18:28 | Have had a few of these sitting in the bottom drawer for a while and hadn't taken much notice hence only just realised I still had the old thread stored. What caught my attention today was the 800,000 buy that went through after the close at above the offer price. ( Not huge in financial terms - £9,600 but it's the first sizable trade I've seen for ages.) Someone's confident! | gantenbrink
01/3/2005 12:27 | cant wait....what with a recent strong buy recomendation,this baby should crawl up..........what u think dus????..... | magtalo

28/2/2005 17:46 | I think officially they still have a month or so within guidelines, but normally would aim to report on or near the last results... | dusseldorf
28/2/2005 07:06 | have sent numerous emails to the company asking for a date on next interims but have had no reply.............. | magtalo
22/2/2005 17:18 | Results were out on the 26th Feb last year, so if the company follows suit, they will be with us on Friday 25th Feb or Monday 28th Feb.. | dusseldorf
22/2/2005 15:13 | safman - online quote i 1.02 for 50k with TDWaterhouse, though no more than 50k | dusseldorf
22/2/2005 14:51 | well done Duss looks like the current bottom-keep an eye on TRT | orvil
22/2/2005 14:47 | orvil - picked up 25,000 Thus about 1 hr ago with dividend, paid 15.74p plus dealing costs (so B/E 15.9p) | dusseldorf
22/2/2005 14:30 | Duss-did you ever get into thus | orvil
22/2/2005 14:00 | 365 - that depends on two factors 1. A swing into profitability (or within the next few months) 2. A small aquisition (i.e. low placing quantity) we'll see shortly. | dusseldorf
22/2/2005 13:46 | could see a break out from current levels within next few weeks? | 365
22/2/2005 10:23 | Online prices strengthened to 0.8 - 1.1 dell314 - you are correct in assuming the board are looking at aquisitions as they approach profitability. I'd guess any aquisition would be satisfied by a mix of cash and shares and a placing price of between 0.5 - 0.75p The Board will continue to explore corporate opportunities that will provide additional scale and cost savings thereby delivering enhanced shareholder value. | dusseldorf
22/2/2005 09:27 | Have we guessed a placing price, yet? Rgds dell DYOR etc. | dell314
22/2/2005 09:22 | I think the MM's just needed a nudge from buyers holding cash positions i.e. the majority of recent trades were bought on T3 not T10 - 25 settlements. Poised quite nicely for the results, lets hope they show progress and return to profitability within the next 6 months or so. | dusseldorf
22/2/2005 09:13 | simon> very temping aren't you in already?, I've been in these for a week or so now, will move above 1p soon. | 365
22/2/2005 09:13 | Well,Hood have switched from offer to bid, level 2 now, 2 v 1. Comdirect limits BUY 75k 1.02 SELL 375k 0.8 ;-> | charmer1_23
21/2/2005 19:52 | simon - consider the fact that the buyer will be showing a onscreen loss of £2000 after purchase, or to put it another way, if he wanted to sell tomorrow the loss on the transaction would be AT LEAST £2000. Now translate that into THUS, you would have to buy 800,000 shares (£125,000) to expose yourself to the same onscreen loss after purchase. So I think you still have to have confidence in the stock even if it isn't 'a remortgage' | dusseldorf
21/2/2005 17:48 | Considering that the share price is only .95p, a 635k `buy` is hardly second mortgage territory is it? £6032.5p to be exact. | simon self
21/2/2005 17:36 | Some brave soul has picked up 635k at the bell. The forthcoming results will tell us whether that was a wise move. ;-> | charmer1_23 |
