have to say thats the second decent size buy (last one was 600k at 1.1) over the past week or so.

Bodes well for the results IMO.

Have had a few of these sitting in the bottom drawer for a while and hadn't taken much notice hence only just realised I still had the old thread stored. What caught my attention today was the 800,000 buy that went through after the close at above the offer price. ( Not huge in financial terms - £9,600 but it's the first sizable trade I've seen for ages.) Someone's confident!

365 - that depends on two factors
1. A swing into profitability (or within the next few months)
2. A small aquisition (i.e. low placing quantity)

we'll see shortly.

Online prices strengthened to 0.8 - 1.1

dell314 - you are correct in assuming the board are looking at aquisitions as they approach profitability. I'd guess any aquisition would be satisfied by a mix of cash and shares and a placing price of between 0.5 - 0.75p

The Board will continue to explore corporate opportunities that will provide
additional scale and cost savings thereby delivering enhanced shareholder value.

I think the MM's just needed a nudge from buyers holding cash positions i.e. the majority of recent trades were bought on T3 not T10 - 25 settlements.

Poised quite nicely for the results, lets hope they show progress and return to profitability within the next 6 months or so.

simon - consider the fact that the buyer will be showing a onscreen loss of £2000 after purchase, or to put it another way, if he wanted to sell tomorrow the loss on the transaction would be AT LEAST £2000.

Now translate that into THUS, you would have to buy 800,000 shares (£125,000) to expose yourself to the same onscreen loss after purchase.

So I think you still have to have confidence in the stock even if it isn't 'a remortgage'

Considering that the share price is only .95p, a 635k `buy` is hardly second mortgage territory is it?

£6032.5p to be exact.

Some brave soul has picked up 635k at the bell. The forthcoming results will tell us whether that was a wise move. ;->
