They can afford the divi hikes their cash flow is good, look at the debt reduction. Margins were growing on the back of own product manufacturing and any drag on that looks to be improving due to start up costs at Vietnam being absorbed. Looks like some customer wins bouying the revenue, outlook seems to be improving even if slowly, encouraging read, XPP statements are never flowery they just tell it like it is.

Agrred, that is just about as positive a statement as i have seen from xpp in the last few years. A great long term hold for me and the divi increased again, a great share!

I didn't say anything because TBH there isn't much to say really.

I suppose my observations are that the minor margin improvement is handy and hopefully idicative of future gains made via the new factory.

I like the concept of being poised for a wider global recovery and indeed the generation of cash profits, rather make the (already lowly geared) debt look insignificant.

Flat revenues at this point are not of concern when you consider the headwinds being faced. A fairer wind in future times and I think we'll see the full potential of the company come to the fore. I think the progress made with respect to own brand products and lower manufacturering costs will be the story here in the not too distant future.

More charting I'm afraid:-

Here we have the 55day SMA.

XPP has a tendency to bounce of it. When it goes up it provides support and when the trend is down it provides resistance.

It's just started bouncing off it it in an upwardly direction, so IMO we will re-test 1260/ 1280 ish but once through that continue with a nice up-trend...we shall see.

That is a refreshing chart! About time we saw the value here reflected in the SP, and finally it looks as if this might be happening.

Not closed above £12 since last June.

So, significant.

Uptrend intact and not much resistance going north 'till £17.50
