This loonie has also been in VOG and EME so is feeling v smug today. Happy with this one for the longer run as it will clearly take time to get going.

i agree, i think diamond players will make a come back one day, but right now, O&E stocks seem to provide better short term returns. This will reverse one day, but until then, the trend is your friend.

I'm a Cornhill kid too, but was scaled back to 3750. Staying aboard for the fun and may top up if it falls back towards the 36p.

i am quite encouraged on the first day loads more sells than buys and price rises , does this indicate that someone is hovering up all the shares

Cornhill people bought at 36p, so 27777 =£10k original purchase. I am hanging on to mine! XLD is bound to get taken out by a bigger player eg De Beers or Petra which holds the neighbouring concession at Alto Cuilo.

dougcsv, Hi! I was getting so bored watching the grass grow, decided this was a breath of fresh air! Reckon there will be a bit of selling to start by the people who were given shares tho! Nice to post under my normal ID for a change, getting peed off with the monitor disappearing every few swconds when I am not on my paid up account!

* Xceldiam has raised approximately #9.4 million, before expenses, via a
placing (the "Placing") of 20,924,831 new ordinary shares of US$0.0006
("Ordinary Shares"), together with one warrant (the "Warrants") for every two
Ordinary Shares, at 45p per share.

* Xceldiam's market capitalisation at Admission will be approximately
#24.7 million

* The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to provide additional
capital for the continued exploration and development of Projecto Luangue in
Angola.

* Commencement of trading on AIM of the Company's Ordinary Shares and
Warrants
