PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that Paul Hamer, Director and Chief Executive Officer, sold 129,235 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP1.01 each.

The Company announced on 6 June 2017 that Douglas McCormick will replace Paul Hamer as CEO from 12 June 2017.

Following this transaction, Mr Hamer has no beneficial holding in Ordinary Shares in the Company.

WYG has 69,898,105 Ordinary Shares in issue.
