PDMR Shareholding

WYG plc, the global programme, project management and technical consultancy, announces, in accordance with the previously announced Dividend Reinvestment Plans ("DRIPs") held by Paul Hamer, Director and Chief Executive Officer with Capita IRG Trustees Limited and David Jeffcoat, a Director of the Company with his broker, the following two transactions.

On 30 September 2016 Mr Hamer purchased 1,107 ordinary shares at a price of GBP1.1389 each ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this transaction, Mr Hamer's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 128,410 Ordinary Shares representing 0.19 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

On 29 September 2016 Mr Jeffcoat purchased 1,692 Ordinary shares at a price of GBP1.134.

Following this transaction, Mr Jeffcoat's beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 149,608 Ordinary Shares representing 0.22 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

WYG has 68,703,286 Ordinary Shares in issue.
