....which would be 7.5p per share before the 10 for 1 consolidation.

Hardly a massive victory, is it? And that's assuming it can be achieved.

No divi until £30m prefs are redeemed but I suppose it may only take about 4 years to do depends on management from what we have seen already with 24% share of the company stolen from shareholders already in their pockets their noses will be in the trough at every opportunity so no divi for the foreseeable future

Based on simple calculations, this is worth about 33p. It is still sitting on a 40m pounds debt. The directors are self-serving and its banker is greedy.

N = £40000000Y* X 23.67bY*
(y) = a + bx
Slope(b) = (NΣXY - (ΣX)(ΣY)) / (NΣX2 - (ΣX)2)
Intercept(a) = (ΣY - b(ΣX)) / N =7.56p

AIM >1< 7.56 X10 / 2 = 37.3p < > 33p

when stocks IPO or re-list they usually either rise rapidly or fall rapidly immediately......

i reckon one can buy this much cheaper.....I might take a punt in the 30-40 region...no advice intended

MCAP = 20m

seems too high based on the current and near term facts imo.

So after bringing a perfectly good company to its knees...what will now transpire after royally reaming existing small shareholders (nothing new there then)

Concerns....Director leaving and cherry picking all the best staff remains a short-mid term problem
Recent problems have left a sour taste in the industry, will this affect business in the short-mid term?
Debt......
Concerns about the mid term cuts in public spending due to the recent credit crunch fiasco.....

Otherwise its a multi bagger.....might be worth a punt in ones SIPP.
