Our investments market performed against the FTSE100 today with a 0.65% improvement as opposed to 0.67% for FTSE100. Of the 46 shares, we had 29 Up, 12 Down & 5 Unchanged.

For the week as a whole our investments ended up declining (00.08%) which was a slight under performance against the FTSE100 which was Up 00.06% (7184:7188). Overall, our assets were Down (00.05%) on the week. The calendar year performance table is shown below :-

Added to new and existing trackers at the interim lows so stock level increased to 64.6% from 59.6% at the end of last week.

I better have another look at some of Invisage's stocks...methinks he will be in the lead after the performance of the last 2 days.

FTSE has indeed established an Up wave so I'm looking for a c70.00% recovery of 7354:7094 as a minimum...initial target therefore c7276.

FTSE @ the earlier 7179 has bounced 01.20% from yesterday's current interim low of 7094...by my methods wave direction changes for indices require a +/-01.25% shift so, to qualify for an Up wave (probably of the reciprocal variety), FTSE would need to reach 7183.

Today's NFP numbers in the US may help get it there!

No problemo!

Another disappointment yesterday and today is the reaction to JMAT's update. I was beginning to fancy the 3004p on 6 Dec 2016 as a Segmental base but a 10.8% initial rally to yesterday's 3327p (before the drop) is a bit light and more indicative of a Phantom wave.

Views anyone?

AMFW was bad yesterday and, by lowering 445.3p, it may be appropriate to re-classify the 3 wave advance from 395.5p on 28 Nov 2016 to 505.5p on 9 Jan as a Phantom Segment. In which case, it could be heading for something like 385p (which would be a PER of about 7 based on EPS of c55p for 2016).

However, yesterday may have been an anomaly so I Added a further 25% and will probably Add further if it continues to descend as the company has enormous recovery potential long-term, IMHO.

15 up, 2 level, 7 downPortfolio still lacklustre this year. Poor performances still from Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, and Oils.

Re-bought initial tranche of BP. so we now have 46 shares which, as it happens, moderatetly underperformed FTSE100 today with a gain of 0.08% as opposed to a gain of 0.47% for FTSE100. We had just 21 Shares Up, 22 Down and 3 Unchanged. Tickled a few as well so stock level increased to 65.7%.

All 3 of ours down after updates (VOD, ADN & JMAT)...overall, we are significantly underperforming FTSE100 at this juncture (RDSB helping the index).

FTSE extends its Down wave to 13 days then...so far @ the earlier 7094 the decline is (03.54%) but still only a [38.52%] give back of 6679:7354.

Think nothing of it...still not sure which way POG is going to go short-term so need to be a little cautious. There is also still the Egyptian court case to settle.
