The recovery has started, the company is looking like been re branded thankfully
now we can break away from the old 'Worthington'brand. No news of future acquisitions so perhaps that going to come along separately??

just got home been out repairing storm damage, looks like i missed all the fireworks, but thankfully no storm damage at WNG or should i say MSS. Will read the RNS later.

venlib your enthusiasum for revenge on MW is wasted here, you need to get yourself a big banner and stand in trafalgar square, someone may listen to you there or chain yourself to the railings at number 10

Well if you go in 1st thing this am then you have made a good return already....

This share has been hammered & quite rightly so, but there is always the possibility in a recovery & the city feel it can be done by looking at the share price recovery this am...

Negative posts from here wont work the news is out & the share price has a chance of a recovery & I am happy to ride it out.

This isn't just a complete and utter balls up by the previous board - they deliberately fleeced the market. When Beart said they were losing 250k a week it was an understatement - more like 380! Mark Worthington was never interested in profit - just the share price and the number of millions he could get his hands on before he got found out; but for such as Tim Hunt, a city guy, to be a party to such blatantly false RNS is unreal. I see Blue Oar got out at 1.22, pocketing 1/2 a mil - I suspect they knew what was going on by that time! 3/4 of a mil provision for legals - bloody hell!

The name is a bit naff though. It gives them a lot of scope to widen their activities as was suggested here by some people. Presumably they will market themselves as MSS.

Coupled with a bonus scheme for the hand picked management + cash in the bank + a proven turnaround specialist at the helm and this ship is already turning.

The company also proposed that the group be renamed Managed Support Services
PLC by a resolution at the forthcoming annual general meeting scheduled on April
14.

A renamimg can only be a good thing,a little bit of time for SB to complete the turnaround is what's now required.

Well the management have done what they said they were going to do, next step a profit and then some deals when the base is solid.

I wonder if the previous management are ashamed of themselves?
