Kim Crawford Goodman Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Worldpay US

28 September 2016 - Worldpay is pleased to announce that Kim Crawford Goodman is to join the Group on 7 November 2016 to become CEO of Worldpay US. After a handover period, she will succeed Floris de Kort who has decided to leave the Group at the end of this year.

During Kim's 25 year career she has held senior positions in financial services and technology companies, including most recently at American Express where she ran its Merchant Services Americas business before becoming President of Global Business Travel. Kim has also held a number of executive positions at Dell Inc. and Bain & Company, and she currently holds board positions at Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD) and Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR).

Kim Crawford Goodman biography

Kim Crawford Goodman has more than 25 years of experience in driving growth, leading innovation, and delivering breakthrough business performance across multiple industries, including financial services and technology companies. Most recently she was president of American Express' Global Business Travel and president of Merchant Services Americas. Prior to joining Amex in 2007, she held executive positions at Dell Inc. including vice president of Software and Peripherals, vice president of Public Marketing and Transactional Sales, and vice president and general manager of Dell Networking.

Kim began her career at Bain & Company where she served as Partner, Manager and a Consultant. Kim holds board positions at Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: BRCD) and Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR).

Kim is a US citizen and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA Political Science and MSc Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.
