I'm guessing it will be Equity Line Funding, Falcon Capital, Far East bank no one has heard of etc. Probably the minimum possible regulation like a Main Market Standard listing.Hopefully I'm wrong this time. Let's see.

This company is insolvent just as worldlink was insolvent.
I invested 50k with these crooks before the farcical German float.
I have still not received a word about mcb shares and am now considering a legal approach. If nothing else it will make an IPO impossible.

There you go again, totally ignoring the subject matter at hand for your nonsense conspiracy theories about shorters and NR laying bear traps for them etc. How about some meat on the bones of the flotation?You make these comments, try to bait the negative posters but all you do is set yourself up for the other side to pile in with derision and ridicule (equally irritating to me). And to be honest, you always getting absolutely panned in those exchanges despite the fact you actually seem to be one of the nicer personalities here. E.g do you realise it was this time last year you last posted about an imminent MCB float. Is it a Christmas tradition already?I am going to make 3 suggestions to you:1) stop referencing conspiracies, bear posters and anything to do with any form of mysterious people working against the company. IGNORE any trolls completely. 2) invest $10 to download and read the pacer monitor documents about the trial. Totally impartial, not what others are influencing you to believe.3) between us as long termers, get the debate back into facts without reference to personal agendas etc.We are FINALLY approaching some real events that cannot be denied either way. I am very interested in the outcome and Quest have some balls about them. Let's discuss that. It's exciting. Trolling is a crushing bore.

Hugo I agree I was very annoyed and did say a lot of rubbish but I think you know I rescinded all that quite some time ago as I learned more and more about the issues!!!I have been a sole voice of support for years an have taken some serious derision over this as you also know!!!This I hope will turn out well and be payback for all the corruption on AIM An hopefully some of the culprits of the trading will be left seriously out of pocket as I am sure there are still some shorts out there?? Will shorts owe the lender the myclub shares as well and will have to buy the equivalent stock of those as well??? That might be quite expensive

I meant to post this also and is a direct quote from the Opus document from August 2015 under section 5, Investigations."An initial investigation into the Company's affairs was undertaken to establish whether there were potential asset recoveries or conduct matters that justified further investigation.There were no matters that justified further investigation in the circumstances of this appointment.A submission on the conduct of any individuals, who have been directors of the Company in the three years prior to the insolvency, is required to be submitted to the Secretary of State within six months of our appointment. I would confirm that our submission has been made.In addition, in accordance with Statement of Insolvency Practice 2 an initial assessment to establish if any antecedent transactions have been identified from which a recovery may be pursued has been undertaken. I confirm no such transactions have been identified".To me this says all is legit. Opus are reputable so that is good enough for me.

News letter to shareholders out just read mine all looking very encouraging float on junior Nasdaq market in first quarter. My club just ha a £1.5 mil funding from an investment bank an there will be a tender for existing shareholders to sell before float I will try and post the letter but only on mobile at presentI believe they are still very positive good news will come from the patent marksman hearing due early Feb 16 Also a deal been struck with Microsoft to offer my club mobile phone deal through the myclub website I know most on here have doubted all this as a load of rubbish and believe Neil Riches is a crook well I can not wait to see you all grovel and send him your sincerest apologies when you all see the value of your existing worldlink and new myclub shares in the not to distant future!!Happy Xmas and a prosperous new year to all shareholders and doubters

You are right Borgny. One can dream. These people have failed in every venture started but still live comfortable lives by using our money.
Lets all make sure it stops now.It is so obvious. MCB does not need money from investors. There are no costs involved apart from the cost of signing up clubs. No plant needed, no real estate needed. If it is such a brilliant idea it would be self funding. No....it is purely to put money in the pockets of NR and a few other con men on the board.

I have no intention of ploughing any further funds into his business ventures - Would be happy to retrieve some of my losses if I can eventually cash in any value to My Betting shares if they float. Icing on the cake if WGP resurfaces again in a year or so. One can dream!!
