Good news from WTS. see news article above. an announcement of new business activity at long last. share trading to be relisted on 1 March 2016. lets hope it starts moving forward.

HI Canscott, they used to be Tamaris many moons ago.
Cost me £663.50 in 1996, I now have 25 of them @ 4.5p which I can't deal anyway, not that it would be worth it.
Anyway if you want any investment tips, I may not be the man to see.

Discovered I have the huge amount of 38 of these babies! Probably as result
of M&A some time ago I guess. Sure I did not actually buy them as WTS.

Anyone any interesting facts or info about WTS?

this company made a promise to the high court that they would do everything to get this company back on its feet ! and after 5-6 years they have still done NOTHING.

Same here hawkwell bought Tamaris years ago I don't even know how many shares I have. Might waste a stamp and write to registrars!!

LONDON (SHARECAST) - Fully listed-World Trade Systems has published three years of accounts in a period of 14 minutes.

On 29 January 2008 shares in WTS were suspended because it had not published its figures for the year to September 2007. More than two years later WTS has published its 2006-07, 2007-08 and 2008-09 accounts on the same day.

The suspension price was 4.5p a share and even though the accounts are now up to date there is no indication of when trading in the shares will start again.

WTS has no business and its only income is rent on freehold agricultural land. It made a small loss in each year and it has net liabilities.

Kudrow Finance Limited, the ultimate parent company of WTS, has provided loans totalling £460,000 to the company so that it can keep trading and look for new business opportunities. A business controlled by WTS non-executive director Antares Cheng provides the money for Kudrow to loan WTS.

Tamaris they were. Odd lot then, odd lot now IMHO. Pure punt for me that went wrong way. Hey ho!
