16/4/2006 07:42 | I never received such a letter....cant understand why not. | hotfinance14
14/4/2006 18:35 | rick - thanks for the update, might be the cause of the recent price action | dusseldorf
14/4/2006 18:27 | It's subject to shareholders approval at the AGM on 12 April. My letter was dated 10 April from Barclays (nominee a/c) Rick. | rick the spark
14/4/2006 17:10 | that enables them to issue shares below 50p to effect a reverse aquisition which currently they cannot - is there a timetable against the vote Rick? | dusseldorf
14/4/2006 16:37 | that is the same stroke they pulled last year | fernygrade
14/4/2006 16:28 | Iv'e had a letter about a sub division. 1 new ordinary share of 1p and 1 deferred share of 49p. In place of each 50p share you now hold. Rick | rick the spark
14/4/2006 08:29 | Am i correct in saying its just the mm's that have caused these bid gains/losses and there has been no news ? | hotfinance14
13/4/2006 10:08 | Safamn - You are correct that WINS are reporting many trades for several of their lone MM stocks on Plus Markets. However they also appear to be putting some trades for these stocks through the LSE with huge delays that appear to breach all trade reporting rules(OEM is a good example). FWIW, WINS are one of the main supporters of using Plus Markets, as they are protesting against the LSE's moves to push more AIM stocks onto SETSmm. Clearly SETSmm reduces their opportunities to operate stupidly large spreads and artificially manipulate prices, so it's not surprising that they have the hump.... All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
13/4/2006 09:40 | for future reference, to see WTS trades .. u can go to : trade history for WTS.. Kudrow own 58% of equity.. if they cannot do an RTO.. why not something similar along the lines of NCS.. (providing someone wishes to take a stake.) WINS should report on trades..but it seems to do it on OFEX when acting alone.. CRL is an e.g where trades are shown because no dual AIM/OFEX stature.. saffy.. | safman
12/4/2006 13:23 | Nissi - Winterfloods seem to be taking the p*ss with their trade reporting on many of the stocks for which they are now the lone MM. As far as I can see, it appears that they are deliberately breaching trade reporting rules and late reporting practically everything, so no one(apart from themselves) has any idea what trades are going through. If anyone has a grudge against WINS, it might be worth reporting them to the LSE for this, although I doubt if any action will be taken, as they all appear to be in cahoots with one another........ All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell | dell314
12/4/2006 09:34 | funny it moved since there have been no trades in a week Trainee mm let loose and must have been bored? | nissi beach
11/4/2006 19:22 | Pumpdumptastic | wiganer
11/4/2006 18:52 | what goes up... | dusseldorf
10/4/2006 17:42 | Ah what the hell, its your money. lol | ivor whopper
10/4/2006 14:26 | Awaiting an share price of £150!!!! | hotfinance14
10/4/2006 14:23 | Personally having started out with Tamaris and followed the downside all the way, I would not throw a bent copper at this company with the present directors in situ, they have promiosed everything and given nothing not even an AGM. Honourable Japenese not his lot. F | fernygrade
10/4/2006 14:16 | FERNYGRADE - If that is the case (and at the moment it looks like the most likely scenario) 10p looks like the price for issue. You can buy 10,000 at 10p online £1k, but its a gamble on what company they aquire IF thats what is happening. | dusseldorf
10/4/2006 14:03 | Dusseldorf I think what is happening the price is being raised prior to a share split to enable RTO to be effected. | fernygrade
10/4/2006 13:36 | very unusual to see just one market maker on a stock - I guess there can be no MM trades ORD is 52p so presumably if they are going to reverse aquire there would need to be an EGM and re-organisation of capital? effectively the ask has gone up 150% in a week from 3p - 8p and still no word from management(!) maybe they are letting it settle somewhere prior to an announcement | dusseldorf
10/4/2006 13:13 | Alas it is the por market maker as there is only one MM the poor sod is reduced to playing with himself F | fernygrade
10/4/2006 13:05 | What a great share this is.... no trades it seems but the price keeps going up!!! Must buy more shares like this! | devil20
05/4/2006 17:09 | hotfinance14 I've got a slightly better chance of breaking even with MDY than this lot. I had a lot of faith in Tamaris, thought they would do all right, but when this lot took over it was just a case of hope for the best as they wern't worth selling. Rick. | rick the spark
05/4/2006 14:34 | Rick..you must be spot on: Tamarus Consolidation 40 to 1 WTS Consolidation 20 to 1 We all need an share price of £150 plus to make a profit....could be along wait. | hotfinance14
05/4/2006 14:05 | just back from a holiday.. and noticed this up 100% ..no trades yesterday or today..?.. saffy.. | safman |
