Exercise of Options

The Company announces that David Moore the Technical Director has today exercised Options over 20,000 shares (10,000 at GBP1.475 per share and 10,000 at GBP1.125 per share) and has sold 16,000 shares on market at 205p per share and transferred 2,000 shares off market.

Following this exercise, sale and transfer, David Moore will be interested in 3,100 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing 0.041 per cent of the issued share capital.

The New Ordinary Shares have been issued from the blocklisting facility, and rank pari passu with the existing WCN ordinary shares. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have in issue 7,610,304 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of WCN under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
