Exercise of Options

The Company announces that David Earland the Operations Director has today exercised Options on 5,400 shares at GBP1.475 per share.

Following this exercise, David Earland will be interested in 5,400 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company representing 0.07 per cent. of the issued share capital.

The New Ordinary Shares have been issued from the blocklisting facility, and rank pari passu with the existing WCN ordinary shares. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have in issue 7,586,004 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of WCN under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
