Exercise of Options and Director Share Dealing

The Company announces that 10,000 ordinary shares ('New Ordinary Shares') have been issued to David K. Moore the Technical Director of the Company on 20 December 2016 as a result of the exercise of options under the World Careers Network PLC 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme at 137.5 pence per share.

The New Ordinary Shares have been issued from the blocklisting facility, rank pari passu with the existing WCN ordinary shares. Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will have in issue 7,576,838 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of WCN under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Following this exercise, David K. Moore will be interested in ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital.
