03/6/2015 10:04 | Very very upbeat presentation going on. | hawaly
03/6/2015 09:50 | Indeed, doing great... and a nice "pop" albeit Peel Hunt estimates NAV at 870p (I don't know if that differs from "EPRA NAV") and the company gives EPRA NAV at 703p; which confuses me. Anyway a more than robust performance at and looks like more of the same at 30-40% growth for the coming year. Casenove re-iterated on 01 June at 932p for a new target of 980p from their old target of 920p. Hopefully we'll see £10 before long. | sogoesit

The attractive Art-Deco building is well located 300 metres south of Angel tube station, one stop from Old Street and King's Cross St Pancras stations with six other Workspace buildings nearby. This former tobacco warehouse with good floor to ceiling height and natural light on all elevations extends to five floors providing 46,000 sq. ft. of net lettable space. It is currently fully let to five customers with an average unexpired lease term of five years and three years to breaks. The building is being acquired at a capital value of GBP738 per sq. ft. off a low average passing rent of GBP29 per sq. ft. The net initial yield is 3.7% with excellent potential to reposition the building and capture significant rental uplifts in due course. | leeson31
02/6/2015 21:17 | Added today... for the long haul ;-) Maybe we'll get a revaluation pop like we got with LAND, who knows! | sogoesit

30/4/2015 18:37 | One of IC's "Tips of the week" today. | hawaly
20/3/2015 19:30 | Good question, there are quite a few "jumping" stocks today... but my view is that this one is undervalued. on 18/03 Panmure Gordon said Buy Target 938p on 09/03 JP Morgan said Overweight Target 920p EDIT 30/03: Bought some of these today as a swap out of PSN which latter will be taking an income break 'til next year. | sogoesit
20/3/2015 18:26 | A very good jump to nearly £9 today - is there something going on behind the scenes? | huttonr
27/2/2015 19:03 | Ok, so you remember the balmy AIM days? My charts don't go back that far but my records show my first purchase was at £2! Unlike you I didn't have the "appendages" to hold through "thick and thin" :-)! | sogoesit
27/2/2015 17:06 | My comment was somewhat tongue in cheek - I have stuck with wkp through thick and thin and really can't believe my good fortune. Long may it continue. Suet | suetballs
27/2/2015 16:30 | Why not? Its market cap is "only" £1.3bn... LAND's is £9bn odd.If it keeps investing it can go anywhere its capacity for financing takes it, no? | sogoesit
27/2/2015 15:32 | Surely this can't keep going? Suet | suetballs
25/2/2015 17:05 | Hopefully not long to go before this becomes a fully grown Teen again... At which time it might have to leave home! | sogoesit
17/2/2015 11:09 | So it's heading to £10. I have been in here since 2007 and seen the worst but hopefully the share price rises along will rise the dividends from 10p to maybe 20p. . | christh
15/2/2015 18:16 | I bought at 6quid and was happy with 10pc. Grrr. Lol. Great chart, probably good for a tenner.... | leeson31 |
