i think there was a seller at 350, purple... hence the strong move up once they stopped

still got a seller at the 348-349 mark - presumably someone who things 350 is the short-term ceiling... it's turning into a self-fulfilling prophesy as it's holding the price back

Not a proper test...

...if it breaks above 350.0p we may see 360.0p to 365.0p...

...which would be 12.5% or so above NAV...

...which is where it should be really because the valuation should be NAV plus the added value due to rent and expertise.

Sold the other half of my holding today. I can't see what's driving this higher in the short term other than expectation. We're above NAV imo so I'll sit out a while and watch from the sidelines.

WKP will test 350.0p soon - but it will be a test...

...if the market factors in an expected rise in NAV in the Finals due in June it might move on past...

...on the other hand there may be consolidation around that level.

Closed at 346.8p.
