|That was a lot of director sales on 27th, reason given 'Tax Planning' Should we hear alarm bells or is this considered normal?|

|Looks like a big sense of relief on today's figures share price up 30p now - with 26% discount to NAV and still a good level of enquiries and lettings allowing for Brexit vote|

|Workspace trebles NAV in four years

Workspace (WKP) continues to deliver some of the best returns seen anywhere in the real-estate sector, and in the year to March 2016, adjusted net asset value (NAV) jumped by 31 per cent to 923p, which means that since 2012 the valuation has more than trebled. And, unlike most of its contemporaries, where valuations have come in markedly lower than last year, Workspace enjoyed an uplift on its portfolio of £297m; that's only a tad lower than the £318m in the previous year.

Our dividend policy is based on the growth in trading profits
taking into account the distribution requirements that we have as a Real Estate Investment Trust.
For the current year, the Board has proposed a final dividend of 10.19 pence per share, an increase of 25% on the prior year (2015: 8.15pence), which will be paid on 5 August 2016 to shareholders on the register at 8 July 2016. This dividend will be paid as a Property Income Distribution.
|Ah - some rumours were in the market, but acquisition to be funded from existing resources, so hope that there will be some recovery as bought near lows yesterday. Discount to NAV seemed just too high.|
