ETQ is ok, but the business seems a bit of a "terminal decline type of business", certainly over the medium term with the odd short term sales blip. WKS is a much more dynamic company with an interesting strategy. All imo.

CFL in bid talks today and WKS doesn't flicker - in a normal market these would have been up a few ticks too.

Definitely a dead market - bet there's a huge wake up call here soon tho.

I think any stock overhang is near cleared.

Year end is Dec 31st - I think Crispin Barker is getting his buying done ahead of year end and a trading statement in the New Year myself.

The announcement is Pension related it may suggest that Mr Barker has just worked out how to get his pension funds available to buy these shares and took advantage of a low price to do so.
