|End of Q1 we should hear something.
|see you in 12 months then.atb|
|Excellent news in the update, looking forward to us relisting as a new profitable company.|
|Bit of activity here over the last few days.|
|Time running out for this one|
|AGM statement, still in talks / due diligence on an investment.|
|AGM tomorrow anyone going?|
|Well a reversal of the fall a day ago on no volume really.|
|Good to see some small buys coming in. For perfectly understandable reasons this share hasn't had any buyers for years so the listing and market for the shares has been completely dysfunctional. Now we appear to have a clean slate and perhaps in due course we might start to see a bit of a market develop.
It really has been a complete train wreck for years but somehow there is actually a chance of a fresh start. I am very unlikely to see my 10p purchase price ever again, but one thing is for sure we are now in a much better shape than when we still owned the recruitment "businesses" (word used loosely).
We need a good RTO at a good price and in 2 years we could actually have a viable investment.|
|Some sellers and buyers this morning, seems the jury is out on what the future will hold. Not much point in selling at these levels imv may at least wait to see what sort of investment is made. There's a chance we can still salvage something here.|
|To be honest playful, after what happened at RNSM I can't say I'm that keen either if he can do a decent RTO.
Remember that the EBT shares and Options can be excluded so if we are very lucky the debtors minus creditors might be worth £150k and the resultant cash balance would be £1m or exactly 4p per share. Add on 10% for the value of the shell and he should not be doing an RTO at anything less than 4.5p per share IMO.
Getting us out is actually the best thing he has done for many years. Unfortunately he is fully to blame for getting us in in the first place.|
|Why am I not surprised he does not wish to return cash to shareholders...|
|well ; those results make a good read. Cant find anything positive at all.|
|Spoke to Des only last week and he was hopeful this would come good being the eternal optimist he is...|
|Price action coinciding with the end of the indemnity period......are we now entering the end game and a return for long suffering shareholders?|
|Thanks playful, I'm sure all shareholders will breath a sigh of relief. Hopefully we can hold the current level.|
|Well done BB2, I am sure DesWalker is happy to see this one go in the right direction..|
|Big jump today with some buying interest :))|
|Someone snapped up the 5k and 10k sales from previous days, should prove profitable
if all goes to plan...|
|RNS out - Savvy investor!|
|Bought on the drop yesterday lunchtime but it was more luck than judgment|
|This has not been a particularly good investment for me. Anyone going to the GeneraL meeting on the 29th December in london ?|
|bozzy_s '' -- Warranties and indemnities have been entered into whose expiry will be six months from Completion.-- No distribution of proceeds may take place until expiry of the six month warranty and indemnity period.''I don't think the company gets its hands on any cash until 6 months|
|Glimmer of hope? Disposal of operating business (valued at -£1.15m on balance sheet) for £1.5m cash, plus up to £0.5m later.
So in theory the balance sheet will change from net liabilities of £0.4m to net assets of £2.75m - £3.25m, including £1.5m - £2m of cash.
Guess it depends on what sort of RTO they can find. But on the face of it, despite a big drop today, these look a decent punt at £0.8m valuation v £2.75m-£3.25m NAV mostly cash, looking for a RTO.
Have I missed anything? Was there a little 'placing at 2p' paragraph in any of the recent RNSs?|
