Live bid 3.62p, which is well above mid price - demand is clearly there.

At the same time, cannot buy virtually any shares online.

Dyor, but IMO, this is going only one way at the moment, especially in light of market cap of just over 2 million - just our graphite investment is likely worth triple current market cap !!

These are ones to hold onto very tightly - a very steep rise to come.

Agreed engelo, I have always made it clear I think Grafmada (whilst being a brilliant investment in its own right) is nothing compared to what will be landing in our lap soon. Like I said this will be a very big company soon and Grafmada will be a small (£25m - £50m) but important part of it. There may be placings/fundraisings in due course, but equally there may be a personal loan from Bogolyubov (a la TC at ParkMead).
I just don't think any fundraisings are necessary yet. Certainly not necesary to tie up Grafmada.

If they want some 'dry powder' or working capital, a placing at 10p/12p, when the share price hits 12p/15p is fine with me. 100m shares would still be a very small number for an AIM microcap, and they'll still be like rocking horse pooh.

Traders should take note that this is a very hard stock to 'trade'. It's hard to get a good price selling in volume and you'll pay a premium to buy a good quantity. Add the huge spread and there's nothing in it. This really is a buy and hold (if only for a few months - although it's a fantastic long-term proposition).

Jo-jo: I think we should be thinking big and a fundraising (which XCAP also thought about when coming in with an outsider's view: and NB still bought in) seems logical. Yes we should be picking up more Grafmada but shouldn't be limiting ourselves to that.

All the rest of our holdings are now small change!

Next step should be taking your contact out to lunch.....

If the boys are in Madagascar, I can only assume they are negotiating an increase in our stake, which hopefully will be done soon, pre-production. Based on earlier valuations in this thread by engelo and others our existing investment is 'really' worth perhaps £8m (over 3x current market cap on its own!). So we need to exercise the option to take this stake up to 45% or more on the same terms, liquidating old Silver holdings and/or Brady, if necessary to do so. It's already been encouraged on this thread, and it looks like it may be happening. Great news - increasing this holding to one which has a fair value of £25m+ (AND from existing funds, so no cash raising required). A clever bit of business on the part of Sahney/Marvin. Well done boys.

10p looking very likely now, over the coming week or so.

sirraman/marab re placing. I disagree. I think we have 2 ace cards to play. An RNS updating progress in MAD re commencement of production or just a RNS in Q2 stating that production has commenced (or both), and assessing our investments currently held and the timing of possible disposals of these investments held.
The question is do we need the funds for: working capital or growth
my view the former, the BoD should not be making any big capital raise until the full value of the MAD operation is realised which may take 6-9 months, I can wait.
So any money needed now should be small, just to get through 6 months of admin and working capital requirements
Lets get the current operation up to full speed so that the market can reflect this in the mcap. Then make the bigger capital raise for growth into 2013. My fantasy is that if production can ramp up by Q3/4 we may see 10p-12p (easily)and then on a VWAP do a 10p placing for £5m. That will be value accretive as well
this is key to future value

All imho of course.

xcap - no apologies needed. I was in no way taking offence. As jojo said the possibilities here could be immense and for me it is a better stock to hold than trade. With the financial uncertainty (which could last for years yet) I am looking for stocks that are investing in areas where the market is likely to stay buoyant and the graphite investment seems a good start. IOF is another one as it is a growing company in the iodine market. Any other ideas would be welcomed.

A few of us were lucky enough to spot what was going on fairly early, and, as I thought this probably has the most potential of any share on AIM. My/our reasons have been well documented on this thread since early January. If some of our theories pan out this could become a very big company indeed, when it will have to move to the main LSE market (although GKP have got past £2bn and stayed on AIM). Bogolyubov appears to be a man who doesn't like invasive regulation, so AIM will probably suit him.

Just thinking aloud... I see Global Gold just got confirmation of the return of their other Armenian Mines, so these could now have been included in their agreed JV with Marvin/ConsMin. It's a near certainty it would be. I have suggested that this JV company (ConsMin/Global Gold) could be parked here, and it would not be too cumbersome, current-value-wise (perhaps £15m), to be absorbed. It would quickly grow into a £100m company once production commenced, and Global Gold need a credible Russian owned partner to regain the goodwill of the Armenian workforce. Mr G.Sahney recently continued with his premium priced investment, after having his concerns addressed. He's inside - he knows.

The best prospect on AIM, and have said so for some time.

IMPO/DYOR.

xcap - did you mean stop havering on marab ? Before the new directors got on board the idea seemed to be to sell off everything and invest in one big project. I believe that the new directors have looked at what the company had and decided what to sell and what to keep. They seem to have every intention of making money from WSAG so I think they are more likely to assess all their investments carefully before buying or selling anything. All imo. I agree that it would be nice to know what the company does own but at the moment I am happy to trust the new guys.
