marab - think if they do a placing it will be well over 3.25p as that was price at which they did the last one. Alos don't have anyissue with placings as long as they are at a premium.......i.e. no dilution for existing shareholders and if they have lined up some real value add companies to invest in.....which seems likely haveng done my research ... ;o))

Will not be selling any of mine till we reach at least 99p !!

marab tel me about it happened to me once with va, bought 6k, and sold at 10% profit just to see it rise 200% in the same day, but i got back in eventuually made 90%,

akaaur - thanks for the bid info, I am trying not to do any dummy sells due to an unfortunate accident doing that in the past. Pressed the wrong button and sold some of these by mistake and had to buy them back at a higher price.

63,872,045 shares in issue, 22,035,856 not in public hands, leaves 41,836,189 for the rest of us. A lot of those appear to be fairly strongly held so not a great deal floating around.

Looking good.....if this closes above 3p today then.....maybe a drift upwards pending news. Also depending upon what the cash position is ....if this does go up .. a possible placing at higher levels pending..maybe ?? Just conjecture on my part ...;o))

xcap - 1 v 2, 25000 v 50000, 2.75 - 3p, SHOC PLHC on the offer an HOAR still on the bid at 2.75p. HOAR were on the bid for most of yesterday as well I think. Only one trade showing 40,000 buy at 3p.

If you look at the trades yesterday (ex the 1m) they look fairly balanced, so where did the shares come from? We are talking about a company with about 66m shares in issue, plus there have been one or two sales of 200k over the last week or two.

but if buying is restricted again today somethings up and if it moves up, 100% they will have to release news and id rather wait for a rns even if its a no reason rns, because on good news we could see shocking figures, with there investment in graphmada, they are looking to earn 5.4million a year from there and as they mentioned they are at advanced stage, it could be that but here is me hoping its something much more, wsag make me rich lol

So who bought the 1m shares at 2.875? And will they be buying more? Have they been buying lately and this is the final buy before an RNS announcement?

akaaur, yes a agree. watch out for spike or as the experienced lot call it "tree shake", MM have no stock. When the the share price rises slow and steady you know the value is there to stay and that can only happen with news.

Can someone enlighten: all trades yesterday appear to have been O trades, these mean MM trades? any significance? no AT trades. and my trade didn't show at all
