Results of General Meeting
Further to the announcements of 29 January 2016 and 9 March 2016 regarding the establishment of a standby equity facility of up to GBP25 million with Resource Capital Fund VI L.P., the Directors of Wolf Minerals Limited are pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of Members held on 22 April 2016, the resolution put to the meeting was passed unanimously on a show of hands.
In accordance with section 251AA (2) of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) the Company hereby provides the following information on proxy votes:
1. Approval of issue of Shares to RCF VI, Annex Fund or an Affiliate and increase in the relevant interest of the RCF Associates
