WIZZ AIR GROWS PASSENGER NUMBERS BY 19%,

LOAD FACTOR INCREASES 4.1 PPTS TO 90%

Geneva, 4 April 2017: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, today announces passenger statistics for March 2017.

In March 2017, Wizz Air continued to expand its network and operations with the following announcements:

-- Route network expansion with 10 new routes to/from Ukraine (4), Poland (2), Romania (1), Bulgaria (1), Hungary (1) and Slovakia (1).

-- Base expansion with the deployment of a sixth Airbus A320 aircraft to Katowice in Poland, a second Airbus A320 to Craiova in Romania, and a second Airbus A320 to Tuzla in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

-- Network expansion to 138 airports with one new route to/from Bordeaux-Mérignac airport.

   --      Delivery of two brand new Airbus A321 aircraft taking the fleet to 79 aircraft.
