I am currently generally rotating - with teh odd diversion - between EAT (chicken Pho with extra chilli), Pret (chicken and kimchi salad or grilled asparagus and egg baguette), Yo (tuna and salmon box with side of chirashi sushi) and teh aforementioned Swedish Affair sandwich.

You're right Mikey, those Sainsburys meal deals at £3 are excellent value, especially when the sandwich alone would have cost £2.90.

What is your average luncheon cost would you 'say' monte1? I just spent £3 on a Sainsbury's meal deal which is pretty damn good value, especially in Londistan.
