Sold OXS at 2p and bought SGZ at 1p+
A week later OXS at 3p and SGZ halved.

Yep! This mini-micro-cap has a lot of interests and should have a reasonable turn-out for its rights issue. The directors are due to pick up a small chunk each if all are not taken up.
It looks as if someone said turn the lights out and shut the door, opened the door later and the light was still on.

Similarly invested at these levels. Pleased to see directors wish to purchase any shortfall of rights not taken up. This has to be a positive factor as they wouldn't want to buy up these shares of they were going to tank.

look at what the management have done in the past 5 years. why would you give them any more money?

I have written off my £10k as another aim gamble that went the wrong way and will not be giving them any sort of lifeline.

Decision time on Open Offer, Take up rights or dump? Selling rights at such rubbish value is not an option. However, ignoring rights means being diluted out of existence but are they worth taking up as a punt? Views would be appreciated.

I bought at 3.5, some time ago. Pity though that my shares are pre 1 for 30 consolidation!

They're doing a rights issue at the moment.

Unlikely P&D because someone needs to be dumping for that. Sells easily mopped up then just a handful of buys tick it up again. Very difficult to buy. I think there must be some big orders gone in off the back of imminent positive news.

Ok, guilty, I may have bought a few. Tiddlers like this can have their day. Only one ongoing project. Tiny mcap, any announcement of JV or new licence would easily multibag the £0.55m mcap.
