22/8/2014 12:41 | the company has around 410m shares in issue, and with the current price it has a value around £1.5m, surely this meant something for Linc to not pay $4m just for the UGC when they can buy the whole company for less if they wanted.interesting days ahead... | mozii
22/8/2014 12:34 | "...Wildhorse Energy Limited ('WHE' or 'the Company') announces that...." At least they had the sensitivity not to begin with "..are pleased to announce.." | oiht
22/8/2014 12:12 | if the sale for Linc of $4m condidered low by holders here, it probably means they spent more than £20m?but does it matter now how much they spent, more important if they were to be taken over them how much they could be valued now? do you have any idea what this figure could be? | mozii
22/8/2014 11:45 | Mozii do you or anyone else know how much was spent over the years developing the UCG? | gerhart
22/8/2014 11:34 | is now the worest state it could be in? any surprisesthat could come next? | mozii
22/8/2014 11:32 | I reckon now its cheaper for Linc or others else to buy them on cheap, anyone has an idea how much the uranium licences worth? this discounting the UCG licence as if it is already lost. | mozii
22/8/2014 11:27 | It's amazing isn't it how often this happens.....Co BODs just keeping driving at speed towards the wall, when all us apparently less-knowing passengers are sitting in the back holding on like grim death! Then a couple of metres away from the wall the BODs decide to apply the brakes and pull on the steering wheel..... Well it's all in slow-motion now and we'll just have to wait to see what happens next. GLA. | gerhart
21/8/2014 18:18 | Folk seem a lot more upbeat on this share over on LSE. I'll have some of whatever their taking! | oiht
21/8/2014 08:34 | Uranium price has been rising - is it too late for wildhorse. Might be a reasonable bet if survival was ensured but share price needs to rise today to get clear of the rights price | vitamal
20/8/2014 17:09 | Share price now up to .43p so anyone who has taken up their rights is slightly in profit ! | geoff80
19/8/2014 17:48 | I don't understand - on 11th Aug WHE stated that Linc is no longer involved it did not say anything about UCG licences being lost or revoked what is the current position - why do we say we only have uranium left ? | jarbie
19/8/2014 13:04 | Exactly angus. Another possibility is a reverse takeover, i.e another forming company backing into the shell of WHE. It has happened to me before and it can save the day - almost! Here's hoping for a not too costly end for all shareholders. | oiht
19/8/2014 11:57 | join the club gerhart. My other prize star is MPLE. why try and get a rights issue away when it would appear that the company has nothing but its uranium rights left? Might as well just suspend shares and try and attract a buyer for the uranium. Not sure why they would thinh any shareholder would want to invest more. | angus17
19/8/2014 11:39 | I don't really understand the company. As I read it they no longer have any rights to the ucg so really just have the uranium licences left. Hundreds of millions of pounds have been spent on er not a lot. Would like to know what the original business model was. | angus17
19/8/2014 10:36 | Does anyone know the price of the rights as compared to the buy share price on the open market today? Hasn't the share price since fallen more that the discount originally given on the rights? Curious this....extending rights by a few days, again - AFTER Linc pulled out, but providing no clarity on situation post-rights? Anyone help? Cheers. | gerhart
19/8/2014 10:10 | can somebody please explain how this went so terribly wrong. why have we no UCG rights any more? | angus17
12/8/2014 13:01 | Linc Energy based in Australia, with a Singapore quote, are tied up with interests in The Arckaringa in Northern Territory and Far North South Australia. Since CNOOC, China's largest company, pulled out of an agreement with Altona Energy in The Arckaringa prospects have deteriorated in the area. White Energy WEC hold an area South of The Arckaringa, Phillipson, near Coober Pedy, the size of England, that has higher rated gas from coal, and a few weeks ago WEC were upbeat on prospects there. Linc Energy have problems and this may be a reason for backing out of this and recent contracts. I have been following the areas of development at Arckaringa and Phillipson closely since 1988. I do not hold shares in WHE at present - good luck. | noirua
11/8/2014 10:16 | RNS out. Linc energy have pulled out. On the one hand I didn't like the terms of the proposed sale, on the other, how can we sustain the UCG license etc now? | jasp2
08/8/2014 18:21 | I'm expecting....to lose money on this one, c'est la vie, you can't win them all. Still, on a positive note, I can use it to offset gains elsewhere. | oiht
08/8/2014 13:01 | so what u expecting? it is either 0p or 1p? kinda of a binary thing u know | mozii
08/8/2014 12:46 | I expected that... | oiht
07/8/2014 19:18 | expect the unexpected... | mozii |
