Result of AGM
Wey Education announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.
As previously notified, Wey Education is holding a private investor briefing this evening. No new financial information will be given at the meeting but it will include discussion items on the background to the recent placing, the proposed use of funds, current marketing initiatives, the Company's ambitions in using Artificial Intelligence and general overview of the market. All places for the presentation have now been filled.
