mfh - I think you may find that to be a wise decision. Personally I didnt think we would ever see the 80's again so given trading conditions have not changed this appears to be a great opportunity. As other have noted Brexit is causing some uncertainty and there have been some negative AUD forex movements although only 10% of their revenue is derived in AUD.

Where next for the chart ? Does anyone know where daily moving average figures are available from free of charge ? I can't make head nor tail of them in the ADVFN drop down box on the website. It is a measure I would like to use more but not sure how to find the information ? TIA

IMO – the shares are probably weak at the moment due to fears over BREXIT. Ahead of the 23rd June vote, there have already been a number of press articles speculating that the commercial property market, especially in London, has softened.

Yes it didn't perform as I expected it to shortterm so it got culled. Made money with the proceeds, maybe I'll be back. It's a quality buy and hold......but a slowburner. ( I was expecting a run to 103/104 from the low 90's. )

I know exactly what's happening here, people need cash for the current bull run, anything not moving up gets sold, I couldn't wait and sold last week. This is a good stock but not one for trading.

I mistakenly said in a previous post that the next trading update is due in April,should have said May and have corrected this error. WTM normally issue the update in the second or third week in May, reading the last half year results and the tone of the statement, I feel there is a good probability that the next update will also be rather positive.

Reading recent results from other UK focused companies that operate in similar sectors, it would still appear to be a strong sector.

Recent outlook statement below.

"The results have benefitted from the Board's strategy of focusing primarily on the UK, where 90% of Waterman's revenue is now generated and this focus is anticipated to continue for the foreseeable future. Waterman's long-standing relationships with blue chip companies continue to generate repeat business year on year and the Board expects this to continue whilst the UK economy is strong.

The Board looks to the future with confidence."

Although I am not a trader or chartist (and having not bought any more stock since this time last year) I feel compelled to add at this level whilst already hugely overweight. The share price is at the bottom of a very clear upward trend with all indicators oversold and with the market valuing WTM at just par book value (a significant discount to its peer group) I see the current valuation as very attractive.

Good, that's a good few weeks away, I'd rather travel than arrive as they say in market terms. In for a few tomorrow with an exit of 104/105 ish, a cheeky trade.

WTM normally issue a trading update in May, last year it was on the 19th May and the year before on the 17th May.

There wasn't one last year, personally I'd prefer it if there wasn't one, the chart looks primed for take off again and I'll be adding tomorrow.

Good news that institutions are buying in.

Added a small amount today. Seems good value at this price. Looking forward to April's update and i think generally speaking there is a fair chance of increasingly stronger updates following after in the months ahead.

AB Traction increasing their holding before the next trading update which is normally released in May.

Looking at the figures and the tone of the statement in February's interim results, there must be a good probability that the trading update could be rather positive.

I did increase my holdings last week with this in mind.
