The BIGGEST problem is management, they have consistently failed to deliver.

All I would suggest is that they should liquidate as many assets as possible and give money back to shareholders. Their investing skills appear to be lacking.

There is no business here. How will they pay the admin fees (director salaries) now they've sold their assets. They'll have to sell the Lloyds shares with the proceeds indirectly going into the directors pockets as salary. Once the Lloyds shares are done they can sell the Petards shares. Then delist
