With the release of FY16 Earnings Guidance SGH soared 10% only to crash & end up down 10% on the day at 52, (- .06). Grech says it (the year, not the day) is a game of two halves.

Apparently the light at the end of the tunnel dimmed considerably & a whole new group of new mugs who rushed to jump aboard the choo-choo train are now trapped underwater.

No, he said 600p plus, here is a copy of a post I made at the time.

So QPP reached 44p pre Githam. They then had a 1/15 consolidation increasing theoretical value to, at maximum (15 x 44) 660p.

Then QPP sold 90 per cent of the business, reducing value back down to 66p.

A one for ten consolidation then increases the theoretical value to about 650-660p.

In keeping with Simon Cawkwell's valuation, yes but also proving QPP was genuinely correctly priced during the RT years too.

Add in the effective £1 per share pre consolidation and actually QPP was undervalued as 740-750p would be the true theoretical total now.
