OK my question still applies, how do you know this for a fact?

And if you're not registered at SP, why would you be concerned if he did have access?

There is possibly a DPA issue, if you could post your proof we could all decide.

TW has published registered users' data on Share Prophets HIMSELF in the past

no hacking necessary

but I believe that this is unlawful

have a look at the ICO and the Data Protection Act

quite apart from all the aliases on bulletin boards

to which he has just added further evidence
