For anyone that hasn't seen the offer letter yet :-

"Under the terms of the Rights Issue Shareholders at the close of business on 28th November 2013 have been given a Basic Entitlement to purchase 1 new Share for each Share held. The new Shares will cost 0.24p each and will be identical to your existing Shares in terms of Shareholder rights."

curlly,I'm not sure what the exchange rate is but the rights issue price is now higher than the market price.

I was going to take up my rights but I'm now not going to do so.

As for the "domicile" situation,I haven't received my notification yet.

They were supposed to be posted on the 6th....maybe that was from Australia.

Hi all,

Not posted here before but do read the board. I hold my shares through III, and when I logged into my account just now I found the following message (dated today):

"Wasabi Energy recently announced a Rights Issue on ISIN
AU000000WAS9. We have today been advised by the company that UK
domiciled shareholders are not eligible to take part in this Rights Issue."

Anyone else received the same?

Oh and BTW I've taken £9,000 out of those two shares this week alone and I'm still holding £8,000 worth.

I believe in FTE to the tune of over 2 million shares...

Sorry chaps, but the only reason why smythy is posting here is because I took him to task on his awful FML ramping. I exposed him for the fruitcake that he is. Now he thinks by posting here he's spiting me when in fact I couldn't give a monkey's. A very sad man indeed.
