Posted at 25/4/2008 17:37 by mrphil Received the letter this morning. In two minds really, can't see that £400K is going to do too much other than keep their salaries paid for a while longer."The Company will then use the funds gained from the Consolidation and Open Offer to actively pursue an acquisition." - Isn't that what they have been doing all this time? If they had got that close to a real deal and cash had been a stumbling block, then surely we would have heard all about it - ie agree to a deal on the condition an "offer for subscription" to existing WHOG shareholders is successful. Not convinced I want to part with any more money here. |
Posted at 25/4/2008 14:27 by danwaits I didn't get a letter either. Sorry if I appear a bit thick (holding WHOG, I guess that's indisputable) but can someone explain this to me. Are they really asking us to invest further funds to keep them on salary? |

Posted at 23/4/2008 10:44 by lord santafe No wonder Sportster gave up on shares, since look at WHOG now. That saids it all.I hear he is now running some massive Ebay company, and keeping away from the stocks. |
Posted at 19/2/2008 10:31 by alby220 Pherhaps someone should email it to acorn capital ,they still have the WHOG shell on its books ??It looks otherwise to me "were Screwed!!" with our WHOG shareholding |
Posted at 18/2/2008 19:21 by flannyblue But what about WHOG, time running out fast now. Is there any hope? Has anybody heard anything? |
Posted at 28/8/2007 15:58 by alby220 i like everybody else would like to have a idea on what is happening with WHOGThere is no email contact on whog's rule26 website, so the next best thing is acorn capital partners Dear Sir As a present shareholder of WHOG could you please advise me regarding a few questions I have in respect of the company? 1~ can you please advise me of the date that WHOG could be delisted if Acorn Plc do not find a reverse takeover for it.? 2~ Have you had any success up to now in finding one , or a possibility of one? 3~What happens to any funds tied up remaining in WHOG 's account if you are unsuccessful in finding a reverse takeover for it, and WHOG is delisted? Yours Sincerely |
