If you are into tungsten producers then you should look at WLFE because it's the right time to purchase them!

All of the best.

Perking up? Most the weak holders and stale bulls have left the building. Small. Using pressure could see this rise quickly. Another 50m of gold mineralisation hole and were in business. Would easily double the JORC IMhO

Yes, although only a 10% discount to the current share price might not be exciting enough prospect for potential lenders given their recent track record with this company.

0.4p does look appealing but they could be arranging a placing at this very moment with certain investors at 0.35p.

The sequence of recent cash calls have not helped Masterman's cause and with another likely very soon the share price is reflecting this. The gold exploration issue has also mudied the water. However, the company is still debt free and undoubtably has an asset that at any other time in the economic cycle would be worth multiples of the current valuation. The valuation on offer is now very appealing but what does Masterman have to give up in order to move this project to fulfilmant...indeed it is a conundrum.

Not bothered about SM.

get say a $1.5m convertible done at say 0.6p with a lowish interest rate, get the crusher/jig &mill working to up production.

Spanish grant for plant can then follow in due course.

simple.

The Tips TV interview tells me MM and the BoD are planning to change tack. I think it's unlikely MM will do a large placing at the current share price level, he will not want to give away that number of shares at a discounted priceI think the most logical outcome will be a farm out of SM, post revised JORC, to finance La Parilla. Which is good news for Shareholders in the short term but may not prove to be the best deal through the test of time.

W Resources: Back to key 0.35p – 0.4p support zoneBy Zak Mir 24 January 2017 1 mins. to readW Resources: Back to key 0.35p – 0.4p support zoneIt can be said with a certain amount of regret that shares of W Resources has not exactly joined the mining sector party. Perhaps now at the start of 2017 the company's time has finally come? The Iberia focused mining group appears to have talked the talk and walked the walk – to borrow an horrific cliché, for an extended period. However, even to this day the market does not appear to fully be in sync or sympathy with what is going on either above or below ground. True, Tungsten which is the core metal in terms of the business model, may not yet be flavor of the month. But even with the latest revelation regarding the Sao Martinho Project in Portugal in terms of hitting 56.4m of Gold, investors seem to be nonchalant at best. The explanation may partly be due to the drip drip of placings in the past – however, there is little shock value here. Otherwise, the mystery of W Resources lowly rating could simply be due to the market wanting to see it further down the production curve. This is even though the CEO Michael Masterman is an experienced hand in the sector, with a "been there, done that" badge which comes from having built up a multi million dollar mining company in Australia in the last cycle. From a technical perspective all of this means that we should be looking to the one year support zone of 0.35p – 0.40p as being the absolute floor for the shares, with ideally no dip even below the top of this band. This is the case for an initial early 2017 return to the autumn 2016 resistance of 0.6p. Given how extended the base building has been here one would imagine the next weekly close above 0.6p would be the start of an extended rally.

Everyone remotely interested in WRES needs to listen the share-talk interview with Masterman. Very detailed and clear plan of action which is being executed. There is no doubt in my mind WRES will become a very successful mid-tier miner within 2 years

Has it not occured to anyone that ceasing production and jobs because the existing plant equipment is inadequate may somewhat strengthen MM's hand in the application for grants. In my experience You need to justify your need for a grant

Having listened to the sharetalk interview and MM emphatically eliminating a Bergen/Darwin convertible (death spiral) type deal and MM quoting rates of 3-4% for vendor financing.

YES.

I still don't think they should be spending money on St Martinho but that is a sideshow.

I think MM reads this BB!!!!

Dr Jeckyll

MM can buy at a discount to what investors can buy at, via numerous discounted placing.

Why on earth there wasn't a placing to cover the cost of the shortfall on the crusher (and still apply for the grant)I'll never understand.

Now you will have a convertible note.

Hello thickman...Your one word comments usually arrive just after I have posted so to explain to a moron like yourself my post was meant as a wry smile but I guess that was much too complicated for your thicko brain to get. Shame that the share price is at these levels as it does encourage your hyena like comments designed to kick those already down.
