Not me.....LOL!!!

Too risky to take any position in this dog atm, few shares either way can have a big impacton SP, plus if the mm knows you are exposed, they will make sure you screw yourself for their benefit.........LOL!!!

Yep - all out and looking for the floor. Looks desperate and hard to pick a price - could even go bust at this rate. Best to avoid until we get some news.

Someone needs to email the CEO to find out whats going on

maysun, I cannot agrue with your words of wisdom. Things are looking bleak. Trying to do just too much. 10p might be a good price though. Need to do some digging.

I suspect the plan is for a management buy out at a very low price.

BB,

This dog looks poorly..............LOL!!!

Reversing a 400k profit in 1H into a full year loss suggest 2H loss must be 500k minimum. Company already 6.3m in debt, as business outlook weaken, cash is virtually nil..........I will not touch it with a barge pole even it drops to 10p.........LOL!!!

Fund raising is a must, dilution will be severe. D4E is also on the card.
What a mass it gets itself into........LOL!!!

Launching etitle needs lot of dosh that the company hasn't got, just too bad.....LOL!!!

LOL!!!

BB,

Just follow you guys round in the hope that I can pick a few crumps left by you lot, life is hard..............LOL!!!

TTC has brightt future, cash rich, accumulating profit for 2006/7, left 300k in the bottom of ISA drawer to get rot and ferment.......LOL!!!

Yes, VTR will look attractive at lower SP, illiquid makes it difficult to trade for easy profit. May buy a few k for a bit of fun one day.......LOL!!!

maysun, you get everywhere. Held from 50 up to 80 and then bailed. Still tracking this fella though as it has some potential but like TTC, it has its own ip.access problem to deal with.

Every share has its entry price.

Anyone left in VTR? I am surprised at the fall and think it is overdone. Looking carefully at this one again - just don't like the clipstream part of the company - still too many underperforming sections and competition is keeping margins low.

The Dixons increase stake to over 12.5% and the price falls 6p - odd! I'm told the directors are not overenamoured of the benefits of a stock market listing. An MBO has to be on the cards but at what price?

I have sold half today as I need the money for ml labs!
The rest is staying put for as long as it takes for the market to recognize vtr.
If ml labs takes off I will be back here for more!
good luck

If you look at the last results you will see that when vtr cost cuts work through the profits will rocket.

To make this easy

Results:

*Group profits up 72% to #901,554 (2003: #525,070) before tax and
exceptional item
*Group turnover up 6% to #25.3 million (2003: #24.0 million)
*EPS up 106% to 6.35p (2003:3.09p) before exceptional item

Restructuring and exceptional item:

*Fundamental review of business completed creating new operating structure
*Expected cost savings of some #1.75 million per annum
*Exceptional charge of #1,153,384 giving a loss before tax of #251,830 and
a loss per share of 4.10p
*New group already showing benefits of restructuring

John Banks, Managing Director, comments, "We believe that the steps we have
taken to reorganise the post production facilities will enable the Group to
reduce costs while providing a better service to our clients and attracting a
larger share of the post production work available."

So
What this means is profit now £900k
When the results of the restructuring come through the "real" profit will be £900k + cost savings ie £1.7m (could add more here due to growth of sales)

i.e. profit £2.6m
on pe of 10 cap should be £26m and that excludes a premium that should be added for the growth expected through the reorganization.

Current cap is £10m.

Therefore this is an easy 2.6 bagger plus maybe more for growth.
I reckon the market has missed this though the dixons have not as they are accumalating.

Check out the Smart telecom thread SMR for my last tip. Up 100%

Good luck

I use Gerrard, E-trade and Selftrade. Gerrard is expensive and I am running down my holdings, but there is someone to give you advice. Of the other two Selftrade are slightly more expensive and don't yet deal in covered warrants, but you can set a limit purchase and leave it for up tp 90 days which I think is useful. Buy recommendation from IC on friday has helped raise the price a bit further

Mr and Mrs. Dixon now hold 9.91% Is this the prelude to an MBO - my broker who knows the Co well thinks it will end up going private. The public listing is really not working for it - I am surprised it has not already moved down to AIM
